<![CDATA[This community service activity aims to enhance teachers’ understanding of the humanistic learning approach as an alternative educational strategy that focuses on the potential, feelings, and individual needs of students. The activity was conducted in the form of an online seminar via the Zoom platform, involving teachers as participants. The background of this initiative is rooted in the spirit of achieving Indonesia Emas 2045, which demands human resources that are adaptive, creative, and highly competitive. The humanistic approach is believed to foster the development of students' character and holistic personality, which serves as a crucial foundation for managing technological advancement. The results of the activity indicate an increase in participants’ understanding of the essence of humanistic learning, along with a growing awareness of the importance of establishing positive relationships between teachers and students in the classroom.]]>
