Weight gain and hormonal changes that often occur during pregnancy are physiological changes experienced by mothers during pregnancy, one of which is a trigger for back pain. Pregnant women need to prepare for the birth process due to the physical changes and psychological changes they experience. The method is carried out by utilizing pregnancy exercises to overcome pain during the labor process in addition to pharmacological therapy, it can also be done with the pregnancy exercise method, pregnancy exercise can reduce pain in physical ways. Fear, anxiety in facing childbirth are elements that can cause psychological and physical tensions, especially related to the muscles during the labor process. The results of pregnant women who do pregnancy exercises regularly during their pregnancy, will experience a much easier and smoother birth process and a shorter delivery time.
