<![CDATA[(1) Background: Bullying is a form of violence that often occurs in school environments and can have negative impacts on the psychological, social, and academic conditions of students. A lack of understanding among students regarding the forms, causes, and impacts of bullying leads to this behavior often being considered a normal part of social dynamics. Therefore, educational efforts are needed to enhance students' knowledge and awareness from an early age; (2) Purpose of the Study: to determine the effectiveness of health education in increasing the knowledge of students at SMP Negeri 19 Palu about bullying; (3) Methods: The activity was conducted on June 18, 2025, using interactive lecture methods, discussions, and question and answer sessions. Evaluation was conducted using pre-tests and post-tests on 19 students of class VIII B as respondents; (4) Results: The pre- test results show that 36.8% of students have a low level of knowledge, 42.1% have sufficient knowledge, and only 21.1% have good knowledge. After being given counseling, the post- test results showed a significant increase with 89.5% of students having good knowledge and the remaining 10.5% having sufficient knowledge. There are no more students in the low knowledge category; and (5) Conclusions: Health education is effective in increasing students' knowledge about bullying. This activity is expected to be a preventive effort in creating a safe school environment free from acts of violence.]]>
