<![CDATA[ABSTRAK WHO melaporkan bahwa kasus infeksi menular seksual mengalami peningkatan. Pada tahun 2022 diperkirakan terdapat 374 juta infeksi baru pada orang berusia 15–49 tahun. Di Indonesia pada periode Januari-Maret 2023 kasus infeksi menular seksual mencapai 13.067 kasus. Tingginya masalah kesehatan reproduksi remaja di Indonesia semakin mengkhawatirkan dan menjadi masalah serius yang harus segera ditangani oleh pemerintah. Minimnya pengetahuan remaja disebabkan karena kurangnya informasi yang didapatkan terkait dengan penularan infeksi menular seksual. Upaya dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang penyakit menular seksual yaitu dengan memberikan edukasi kepada remaja supaya mereka lebih mengerti tentang masalah kesehatan reproduksi dan penyakit menular seksual.Mengetahui efektivitas Edukasi Kesehatan Reproduksi Terhadap Peningkatan Pengetahuan Remaja Tentang Penyakit Menular Seksual. Quasi experiment dengan rancangan one group pretest-posttest design. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling. Tingkat pengetahuan remaja tentang PMS sebelum diberikan edukasi kesehatan reproduksi mayoritas berpengetahuan cukup (59.6%) dan sesudahnya berpengetahuan baik (91,5%). Edukasi kesehatan reproduksi efektif terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan remaja tentang penyakit menular seksual p value 0,000.Edukasi kesehatan reproduksi efektif terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan remaja tentang penyakit menular seksual.
