<![CDATA[The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the tourism sector in Yogyakarta. This article aims to examine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on Kusir Andong in the Malioboro area. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a total of 54 respondents with a random sampling technic. This study found that the COVID-19 pandemic has a serious impact on the Kusir Andong's economy. There was a decrease in the income of the Kusir Andong up to 70%. This condition then forced the Kusir Andong to switch professions and reduce their horse care portion.AbstrakPandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak yang cukup signifikan pada sektor pariwisata di Yogyakarta. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang dampak pandemi Covid-19 terhadap Kusir Andong yang ada di kawasan Malioboro. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 54 orang dan dipilih secara acak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pandemi covid-19 berdampak serius pada perekonomian Kusir Andong. Terjadi penurun penghasilan Kusir Andong hingga 70%. Kondisi ini kemudian memaksa Kusir Andong untuk beralih profesi dan mengunrangi porsi perawatan kuda yang mereka miliki.]]>
