<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the online learning process in the economics subject at SMA Negeri 10 Ambon, particularly in the context of adaptation to changes in the education system during the pandemic. The primary focus is to explore how teachers and students implement, respond to, and overcome challenges in the execution of online learning. A qualitative approach with a phenomenological design was employed, involving one economics teacher and six students from class XII IPS 2 as informants, selected using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques included observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, while data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model through stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the online learning process was conducted systematically using various digital platforms such as Google Meet, Google Classroom, and WhatsApp. The teacher actively motivated students, provided learning materials, and fostered an interactive learning environment. Challenges such as unstable internet access and varied student comprehension levels were addressed through flexible and communicative teaching strategies. This study contributes theoretically to understanding online learning practices and offers practical implications for policy development and teacher training in the future.]]>
