<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze Central Sulawesi Governor Regulation Number 34 of 2019 concerning the Implementation of E-Government by Regional Devices. This research itself was conducted using the literature review method. The analysis carried out is looking at the values, facts and actions needed from the Governor of Central Sulawesi Regulation Number 34 of 2019. The results of the research show that the Central Sulawesi Provincial Government through its OPD has not been able to provide digital-based services to the community or in this case that is unable to implement Electronic-Based Government System based on Central Sulawesi Governor Regulation Number 34 of 2019. This can be seen from the existence of three OPDs in Central Sulawesi whose websites have not been able to fully provide the information needed by the community. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Peraturan Gubernur Sulawesi Tengah Nomor 34 Tahun 2019 Tentang Pelaksanaan E-Government Oleh Perangkat Daerah. Penelitian ini sendiri dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode literature review. Adapun analisis yang dilakukan yaitu melihat nilai, fakta serta Tindakan yang diperlukan dari Peraturan Gubernur Sulawesi Tengah Nomor 34 Tahun 2019. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah melalui OPD nya belum dapat memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat berbasis digital atau dalam hal ini yaitu tidak dapat menerapkan Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik berdasarkan Peraturan Gubernur Sulawesi Tengah Nomor 34 Tahun 2019.
