This article discusses the results of best practices regarding the use of focus group discussions and multilevel assistance to optimize the performance appraisal of madrasah teachers at KKM MTsN 3 Jombang. From the identification of problems, it was found that the need to optimize the implementation of teacher performance appraisals. There are 3 levels in MLA and FGD to improve the performance of PKG implementation. The results of this best practice show that the use of Focus Group Discussion and Multilevel Assistance can optimize the Performance appraisal of madrasah teachers in KKM NTsN 3 Jombang, marked by the increasing number of madrasah making improvements in the implementation process and the resulting scores can be concluded according to the conditions and performance of each teacher.
