Abstract

Pathology bureaucracy syndrome that continues toinfect the world of education in Indonesia resulted in theformulation of management education does not find appropriateand relevant in the midst of poor quality and the quality ofeducation. Proven innovation and improvement efforts as wellas the management education system ranging from educationdecentralization and school autonomy and school-basedmanagement (SBM), which have been initiated by thegovernment was unable so far to increase the quality of nationaleducation. Finally, it happens competitiveness of our educationaloutput relatively weak compared to other countries. Planning toconvert the values of the pesantren as theology and basemanagement alternative education course departed from thepresence of 'deadlock' national education system to print thehuman resources quality as a result of the multidimensionalcrisis has hit Indonesia. The moral and identity crises thatcontinue to color the behavior of the nation's elite in particularand the whole society in general have attacked them. Withvalues based boarding school, it is expected that the principles ofstruggles, devotion, sacrifice, jihad, ijtihad, and Mujahadahinspired by the values of sincerity, simplicity, confidence andindependence, brotherhood and togetherness as well as thefreedom to think positive and productive be the mainstay ofmanagement education and development of various types ofeducation that is managed in it.Keywords: bureaucracy, decentralization, pesantren

Abstract

This article intends to examine the educational dimensionof shalat for humans. Through the concept offered by law, prayer isnot only a means of ritual expression of a servant to worship God,let alone just a religious duty that must be met by all adherentswithout understanding the function and mission execution of suchobligations. Shalat is the lessons learned from the discipline of thetime, speech, movement, concentration, and packed full compliancein the theme of prayer which include; cognitive, affective andpsychomotor. Therefore to understand prayer as a whole, then theprayer is, and must also be understood for whom prescribedprayers, which in turn indicates that the recipes offered throughprayer will be able to understand and be understood, thisunderstanding will realize the importance of prayer actors for him,and in the end the prayer performed with high awareness, withoutcompulsion. If everything was done voluntarily and happily, thencomfort will arise, naturally, instinctively, people who feelcomfortable life then certainly it would be a good person, a goodperson will always do things that are good also. Changed and thesechanges are an indication of the success of obliged praying forhumans. Humans who received correctly and continuously everyday five times a person will definitely be righteous, namely, ashshaalihiinthat according to Quran is a group of people who aredevoted to God and who joined the group of prophets, people whoalways true, and the martyrs.Keywords: Education prayer, shalat

Abstract

This article intends to study the organization inboarding schools or pesantren. It is a form of institutionalizedIslamic education in Indonesia. The word cottage (rooms,huts, small houses) used in Indonesian with emphasis on thesimplicity of building. Conditions boarding school inIndonesia that using dormitories and boarding system,making boarding school populated by a wide variety oforigins and character of students. Abstract

This article examines matters related to learningArabic literature. Literature (al-Adab) is the delivery ofsomething with a deep feeling processing laden and artisticvalue of the picture will be given and expressed in particularwith the rules of a particular way. Periodic of literaturebegan in the period of ignorance, Islamic period whichincludes Daulah Umayyah, Abbasiyah period continued, theOttoman Empire, and finally the modern period. While thepurpose of teaching literature in between to increasestudents' knowledge and understanding of literature to lifemore purposeful and be good; also helps studentsunderstand the social inequalities in life and also to play arole to solve it. Abstract

Research on children in TK A Dewi Sartika Pule ModoLamongan motivated by the fine motor skills were lacking earlychildhood, especially in terms of ability to hold the paper, put it withthe thumb, forefinger, and middle finger, press the crease to thefingertips, folding creases according to the form so that the need foraction is through folding. This is necessary because the learning israrely done. One of the ways to stimulate development throughactivities asturo paper folding. This study uses a type of actionresearch and qualitative research approaches designed in the form ofa repeating cycle consisting of four phases: planning, action,observation and reflection. Data collection techniques in this studyusing observation data analysis techniques while using descriptivestatistical analysis based reflection cycles. The subjects of this studywere a group of TK A Dewi Sartika Pule Modo Lamongan the numberof 15 children. Based on the data obtained from the first cycle ofassembly 1 activity for teachers to get an average value of 50% in thesecond cycle 3 meeting increased to 94%, the activity children receivean average of 44% in the second cycle 3 meeting increased to 94%, andfine motor skills obtain an average value of 46% at the confluence of 3increased to 88%. Based on data from the first cycle of this research iscontinuing on the second cycle because of the success criteria of thisaction is ≥ 75%. Based on data from the second cycle of action researchis declared successful.

Abstract

This article is aimed at describing the motivationinspired by Japanese animation Uzumaki Naruto, the hero ofJapanese animation series that became a favorite both from thechildren to adults. Naruto is a figure described as a child whocame from the village of Konoha, the Fire Nation who livedalone and did not know her father was then known that thefather is the 4th Hokage Minato and his mother UshinaUzumaki is the owner Kyūbi. Naruto grows into a man whohad a vision for the future that is becoming Hokage so thatpeople recognize its existence when it was shunned becausekyubi society that is in itself cause damage to the village ofKonoha. The vision makes Naruto gets better learning.Therefore, the result is,: 1. Motivation is the impetus, the will,or will power to awaken and direct the behavior of individuals,intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. 2. Learning is a relativelypermanent change in behavior as a result of their experienceand training 3. Naruto movie that is associated with learningmotivation of extrinsic motivation, self-esteem and also themotive actualization. Abstract

This study examines and answers three problems: (1)processes, (2) implementation, and (3) factors inhibiting/supportingthe implementation of the thematic learning in PGMI department ofthe faculty of UNHASY Tebuireng. By applying qualitativedescriptive method, the research team tried to explore the data to findanswers to the focus lifted. Results of this research are, (1) theprocess of learning at PGMI Department of Tarbiyah FacultyUNHASY Tebuireng Jombang before implementation of thematicbasedlearning has not been determined based on the kind of skillsthat theme; lack of election materials research, competence standard,basic competence and indicator; undetermined sub-skills-basedtheme; and yet the formulation of indicators of learning outcomes,(2) implementation of the thematic-based learning in PGMIDepartment of Tarbiyah Faculty UNHASY Tebuireng Jombang hascontained provisions kinds of subjects and types of skills that arecombined; and (3) Factors supporting the implementation of thethematic-based learning in PGMI Department of Tarbiyah FacultyUNHASY Tebuireng is easily understood by students due to thelearning process fun; more emphasis on talents, interests and needs ofstudents; students have direct experience, while inhibiting factor isthe mastery of the faculty in understanding the learning materialthematic, meaning less master lecturers in depth elaboration onthematic learning themes that will find it difficult to associate thetheme with the subject matter of each course.Keywords: Thematic Learning1 Dosen Fakultas Tarbiyah Universitas Hasyim Asy’ari Tebuireng

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the patternof family communication and parenting authoritative onprosocial behavior of students in MTs Darussalam NgoroJombang Year 2014-2015. This type of research is an ex postfacto approach to quantitative research. The technique ofcollecting data is by using questionnaires. Data analysistechnique uses the steps validity of the data, the data reliability,calculate percentages and hypothesis testing. The resultsshowed: 1) There is a very significant influence among familycommunication pattern against prosocial behavior of studentsin MTs Darussalam Ngoro Jombang Jombang. 2) There is a verysignificant influence between authoritative parenting styletoward prosocial behavior of students in MTs DarussalamNgoro Jombang. 3) There is a very significant influencebetween family communication patterns of the authoritativeparenting. 4) There is a very significant influence betweenfamily communication patterns authoritative parenting towardprosocial behavior of students in MTs Darussalam NgoroJombang. Abstract

This study aims to discuss how the process ofcreating an effective learning culture in MI BustanulUlum Brudu in improving the quality of education thatis always associated with the process of teaching andlearning activities with the goal of achieving quality andthe quality of education in madrasas. The quality ofeducation has been achieved because of the awarenessand participation of all elements of education in MIBustanul Ulum, so it can form an effective teaching andlearning culture. For that, universally takes appropriatemeasures by way of intertwining komonikasi, theparticipation of all the elements of education, qualifiedhuman resources, planning and intensive guidance. Allthis can be carried out continuously either at the schoolor outside the madrasah.Keywords: cultural effective learning and improving thequality of education
