This study aims to analyze the adaptation of curriculum and technology at Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Azhar Muncar Banyuwangi in responding to modernization. As an Islamic educational institution that seeks to maintain traditional values while being relevant to the times, this boarding school makes various adjustments in its curriculum to integrate general and religious knowledge comprehensively. In addition, the utilization of information and communication technology is also a focus in the learning process, administration, and resource development. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to explore the adaptation strategies applied, the driving and inhibiting factors, and the impact on the quality of education and graduates. The results of the study are expected to provide insight into an effective adaptation model for modern Islamic boarding schools in facing the challenges of modernization without losing their identity and distinctiveness.
