<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Analisis Pencapaian Kompetensi Peserta Didik Smk Kelas X Keahlian Bisnis Dan Manajemen Dalam Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Di Smk N 1 Tondano. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa kelas X program keahlian Akuntansi, Administrasi Perkantoran, dan Pemasaran di SKM N 1 Tondano. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan model analisis interaktif. Keabsahan data melalui triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Karakteristik kompetensi peserta didik belum berjalan sesuai dengan harapan, Pencapaian kompetensi sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan peserta didik belum tercapai, keseimbangan soft skills dan hard skills masih bersifat konvensional dan sistem pengembangan kompetensi belum mengarah sesuai kurikulum 2013 sehingga diperlukan penguatan melalui pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka dalam pencapaian karakteristik kompetensi Kata Kunci: Analisis Pencapaian Kompetensi Peserta Didik, Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the Analysis of Competency Achievement of Class X Vocational High School Students in Business and Management Expertise in the Independent Learning Curriculum at Smk N 1 Tondano.
