Penelitian dilakukan ada dugaan permasalahan yang ada pada kinerja pegawai pada Institusi di Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia di Kepolisian Resor Serang Banten Jawa Barat, mengetahui adanya dampak diklat terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta mengetahui adanya dampak pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini mengambil Populasi pegawai Institusi Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia di Kepolisian Resor Serang Banten Jawa Bara. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yang digunakan simple random sampling. Penelitian ini mengabil sampel sebanyak 100 pegawai di Institusi Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia di Kepolisian Resor Serang Banten Jawa Barat sebagai responden dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian secara bersama sama berdampak positif serta signifikan pendidikan pelatihan (diklat), pengembangan karir terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Institusi Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia di Kepolisian Resor Serang Banten Jawa Barat. Kata kunci: diklat, kinerja, pelatihan pendidikan, pengembangan karir ABSTRACT The research was conducted to identify alleged problems with employee performance at institutions in The Republic of Indonesia National Police at The Serang Banten Police Station, West Java, to find out the impact of training on employee performance, and to find out the impact of career development on employee performance. This research took the population of employees of The Republic of Indonesia State Police Institution at The Serang Banten Police Station, West Java. The sample in this study used simple random sampling. This research took a sample of 100 employees at The National Police Institution of The Republic of Indonesia at The Serang Banten Police Station, West Java as respondents in this research. The results of the research together have a positive and significant impact on training education (training), career development on employee performance at The Republic of Indonesia State Police Institution at The Serang Banten Police Station, West Java.
