Abstract

 Penelitian dilakukan adanya dugaan permasalahan semangat kerja yang terjadi di PT Federal Internasional Finance di Bogor Jawa Barat. Penelitian untuk mengetahui adanya efek dari iklim organisasi terhadap semangat kerja pegawai, efek dari lingkungan kerja terhadap semangat kerja pegawai, serta efek kompensasi terhadap semangat kerja pegawai pada PT Federal Internasional Finance yang ada di Bogor Jawa Barat. Penelitian menggunakan metode  kuantitaif, diskriptif untuk mengetahui seberapa besar efek yang mempengaruhi variabel iklim organisasi, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap semangat kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh karena semua karyawan dijadikan responden sejumlah 50 orang yang ada pada PT Federal Internasional Finance Bogor Jawa barat. Hasil yang didapat dalam penelitian ini secara bersama sama menghasilkan hasil yang Positif dan signifikan yaitu variabel iklim organisasi, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi  terhadap  semangat kerja pegawai  pada PT Federal Internasional Finance Bogor Jawa Barat.Kata kunci: iklim organisasi, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, semangat kerja ABSTRACT Research was conducted regarding suspected work morale problems that occurred at PT Federal International Finance in Bogor, West Java. Research to determine the effect of organizational climate on employee morale, the effect of the work environment on employee morale, and the effect of compensation on employee morale at PT Federal International Finance in Bogor, West Java. The research uses quantitative and descriptive methods to find out how much effect the organizational climate, work environment and compensation variables have on employee morale. This research used saturated sampling because all 50 employees were used as respondents at PT Federal Internasional Finance, Bogor, West Java. The results obtained in this research together produce positive and significant results, namely the variables organizational climate, work environment, and compensation on employee work morale at PT Federal International Finance Bogor West Java.Keywords: organizational climate, work environment, compensation, work morale.

Abstract

Penelitian  dilakukan ada dugaan permasalahan yang ada pada kinerja pegawai pada Institusi di Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia di Kepolisian Resor Serang Banten Jawa Barat, mengetahui adanya dampak diklat  terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta mengetahui adanya dampak pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai.   Penelitian ini mengambil  Populasi  pegawai Institusi Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia di Kepolisian Resor Serang Banten Jawa Bara. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yang digunakan simple random sampling. Penelitian ini mengabil  sampel sebanyak 100 pegawai di Institusi Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia di Kepolisian Resor Serang Banten Jawa Barat  sebagai responden dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian secara bersama sama berdampak positif serta signifikan pendidikan pelatihan (diklat), pengembangan karir  terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Institusi Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia di Kepolisian Resor Serang Banten Jawa Barat. Kata kunci: diklat, kinerja, pelatihan pendidikan, pengembangan karir ABSTRACT The research was conducted to identify alleged problems with employee performance at institutions in The Republic of Indonesia National Police at The Serang Banten Police Station, West Java, to find out the impact of training on employee performance, and to find out the impact of career development on employee performance. This research took the population of employees of The Republic of Indonesia State Police Institution at The Serang Banten Police Station, West Java. The sample in this study used simple random sampling. This research took a sample of 100 employees at The National Police Institution of The Republic of Indonesia at The Serang Banten Police Station, West Java as respondents in this research. The results of the research together have a positive and significant impact on training education (training), career development on employee performance at The Republic of Indonesia State Police Institution at The Serang Banten Police Station, West Java. Keywords: career development, educational training, performance
