This study was conducted with the aim of assessing the feasibility of subject matter items in 11th grade vocational students using the Anates application. The problem raised is the need to evaluate the quality of questions to support the achievement of learning objectives optimally and measurably. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive method using data collection techniques through google form, the research includes 15 multiple choice questions and is given to 30 grade 11 students. Based on data analysis conducted using the Anates application to measure reliability, validity, distinguishing power, difficulty level, and the effectiveness of the checker. The results showed the reliability of the question 0.77 which is classified as good. The distinguishing power of the question is in the good enough category, while the quality of the exterminator is considered less effective and needs improvement. The conclusion of the study shows that although some aspects of the questions meet the eligibility criteria, revisions to the items are still needed to improve their overall quality. This evaluation is important to ensure that the questions are more accurate, relevant, useful, high quality, and support the tax learning process optimally.
