AbstrakTema Pencegahan Stunting telah diusung oleh kampus Universitas Gajah Putih pada KKN-T ke XV pada Awal November sampai akhir Desember 2025. Mahasiswa KKN-T yang bertugas telah melakukan survei. Perencanaan pelaksanaan program dilakukan sesuai dengan tema. Tujuan program ini adalah upaya pencegahan stunting. Kejadian stunting mempunyai dampak yang besar bukan hanya segi fisik tetapi juga mental, pemikiran hingga kesejahteraan seorang anak di masa depan. Maka Mahasiswa KKN-T dan beberapa dosen berkolaborasi dalam melaksanakan program ini. Upaya pencegahan stunting dilakukan dengan melakukan pembagian bibit bayam Brazil dan pelatihan mengolah dimsum fortifikasi ikan nila dan tahu. Menu makanan dan jajanan anak sekarang ini telah mengalami perubahan. Salah satu yang viral adalah dimsum. Dimsum yang diolah sendiri dengan bahan-bahan yang bergizi seperti fillet ikan nila, bayam brazil dan tahu yang semuanya dibalut dengan daun sawi memberikan pilihan menu yang menyehatkan. Ibu dapat membuat dalam jumlah banyak dan disimpan sebagai makanan frozen. Menu ini dapat dihidangkan dengan cepat saat diperlukan. Bahkan produk ini dapat dijadikan bisnis apabila dilakukan dengan serius. Sebanyak 15 orang Mitra hadir pada acara Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini, terdiri dari ibu-ibu Kader Posyandu dan ibu-ibu warga Desa Timang Gajah yang baru selesai melakukan pemeriksaan putra-putinya di Posyandu. Hasil Pre Test dan Post Test yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan telah terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan Mitra. Hasil Evaluasi yang diberikan Mitra terhadap tim Pengabdi juga telah diterima dan dianalisa. Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan Mitra bersetuju atas program yang telah dilaksanakan. The occurrence of stunting has a major impact not only on the physical but also on the mental, thinking and welfare of a child in the future. So KKN-T students and several lecturers collaborated in implementing this program. Efforts to prevent stunting were carried out by distributing Brazilian spinach seeds and training in processing dim sum fortified with tilapia and tofu. The menu of children's food and snacks has now changed. One that has gone viral is dim sum. Dim sum which is processed by yourself with nutritious ingredients such as tilapia fillets, Brazilian spinach and tofu which are all wrapped in mustard greens provides a healthy menu choice. Mothers can make it in large quantities and store it as frozen food. This menu can be served quickly when needed. Even this product can be used as a business if done seriously. A total of 15 Partners attended this Community Service event, consisting of Posyandu Cadre mothers and mothers from Timang Gajah Village who had just finished checking their children at Posyandu. The results of the Pre-Test and Post-Test that had been carried out showed that there had been an increase in Partner knowledge. The results of the Evaluation given by Partners to the Community Service team have also been received and analyzed. The final results showed that overall Partners agreed with the program that had been implemented. Statements about the theme, time, coherent material and resource persons received good assessments.
