Abstract

The communication method used by the service officer to the customer is through interpersonal communication. The essence of interpersonal communication is to create, form, or maintain relationships with other peopleThis study aims to determine the Inter-Personal Communication Method in Customer Service Against the Image of the State Electricity Company (Persero) Rayon Takengon Central Aceh Regency (Descriptive Study of Electricity Tariff Complaints in Bebeben Village) and explain the Inhibiting Factors Inter-personal communication methods in customer service to the image of the electricity company state (Persero) rayon Takengon, Central Aceh district (Descriptive study of electricity tariff complaints in Bebeben village)The data collection methods used in this study were interviews, literature study and observation. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively. Research Results The interpersonal communication method, which is carried out by PLN Rayon Takengon, is very useful, where communication with customers will be easily resolved properly, due to direct face-to-face contact between the community and employees in the complaints faced by the community. Interpersonal communication can unravel customer complaints against PLN services, with interpersonal communication will have a positive impact on the image of PLN itself. By using communication linear communication model, circular communication model, and spiral communication model. So that community response from customers is in the form of direct feedback when two-way or face-to-face communication is running, and indirect feedback. And Interpersonal Communication and Barriers that occur in the communication process include, social status, psychological, socio-cultural, prejudice, semantic barriers and environmental conditions. Providing information, cultivating feelings, and changing attitudes. This is a form of influence from social communication that is conveyed to the community when socializing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of Community Social Communication in Implementing the Covid-19 Health Protocol in Pepayungen Angkup Village, Silih Nara District, Central Aceh Regency and explain the Obstacles and Constraints of the Role of Community Social Communication in Implementing the Covid-19 Health Protocol in Pepayungen Angkup Village, Silih Nara District, District Central Aceh The data collection methods used in this study were interviews, literature study and observation. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively. The results of the research on the role of Social Communication use linear communication models, circular communication models, and spiral communication models. Abstract

As a state law enforcement tool, the National Police plays an important and strategic role. It is important because the function of law enforcement is usually initiated by the Police as a part of other law enforcement elements, such as prosecutors and judges. The communication strategy is a series of activities which includes planning a series of activities designed with different techniques and approaches, making it easier to uncover criminal cases. Observing these problems, it is clear that the communication strategy is very urgent to be mastered by every police investigator personnel of the Central Aceh resort in uncovering a criminal act and can determine the suspect in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. The purpose of the study was to determine the investigator's communication strategy in the interrogation process of the suspect in the crime of burning a house, and to find out what factors hindered the investigator's communication strategy in the interrogation process of the suspect in the crime of burning a house. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research, namely research that has descriptive results in the form of words and writings from informants studied by researchers, while the approach used in this study is a descriptive approach where researchers look for facts, phenomena about the communication strategy of district resort police investigators. Aceh is in the process of interrogating a suspect in the crime of burning a house. Sources of data used are primary data obtained directly in the field and secondary data obtained from literature or library materials. The results of the study show that the communication strategy used by investigators in the interrogation process of the suspect in the crime of burning a house is in accordance with the SOP that has been set, and the interrogation communication strategy used is persuasive communication and interpersonal communication. Persuasive communication is carried out using clear, firm and straightforward language. In addition to persuasive communication techniques, interpersonal communication techniques are also an option for investigators when interrogating suspects, because they treat suspects humanely by respecting their human values. The inhibiting factor of the investigator's communication strategy in the interrogation process of the suspect in the crime of burning a house, the information from the suspect which is always different, even seems to be changing and answering questions from investigators is often convoluted and the suspect does not want to answer questions from investigators, making it difficult for investigators to obtain information from investigators. suspect or perpetrator of a crime.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled "Gayo Camping Ground Marketing Communication Strategy for Efforts to Increase Tourism Visitors to Lake Laut Tawar" This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The problems examined in this thesis are about how the Gayo Camping Ground marketing communication strategy is in an effort to increase tourist visitors to Lake Laut Tawar and how are the communication barriers for the Gayo Camping Ground tour crew. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. This research was carried out at Pante Ujung Mepar and the Gayo Camping Ground Office for one month, from June to July. The results of this study indicate that Gayo Camping Ground in increasing visitors uses the marketing mix theory from Kotler and Keller which consists of product, price, place, promotion, and person, and shows the beginnings of Gayo Camping Ground tourism in Central Aceh which initiated by Satria Darmawan. Gayo Camping Ground's marketing strategy, according to the researcher's analysis, is very good because implementing promotions via Instagram and Tiktok is in fact very effective in increasing the number of new customers (visitors). In this study there were six informants as data sources. Communication barriers at Internal Gayo Camping Ground show ineffective delivery and response from leaders to crew accompanied by certain factors such as noise, lack of concentration and also poor delivery.

Abstract

Food scarcity is one of the problems faced by many cities around the world. Indonesian is the fourth most populous country in the world after China, India and the United States with 237.6 million people in 2010 (Population Census, 2010). This significant increase in population has caused food availability in the world, including Indonesia, to become increasingly scarce and it is not surprising that the world, one of which is Indonesia, will experience a food crisis and result in the danger of hunger lurking throughout the world. country. Indonesia is experiencing a food crisis that is quite worrying. It is estimated that 179 to 181 million people in 41 countries will face a food crisis. This research explores the role of state administration and crisis communication in handling the food crisis in Kampung Wih Bersih. The focus is on appropriate inter-agency coordination, policies and communication efforts to address food scarcity. Through case analysis, this research highlights the importance of careful planning, effective coordination, and clear communication in crisis management. Recommendations are provided to strengthen state administrative capacity and expand crisis communication strategies to maintain food security in rural areas. This activity was held on Friday 19 October 2023. Before the activity started, the KKNT group held a discussion regarding activity partners, learning materials regarding food Scarcity in the Wih Bersih village community.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat di Desa Gunung Bahgie di Kecamatan Kebayakan telah dilaksanakan. Mitra yang menghadiri program ini adalah ibu-ibu rumah tangga sebanyak 18 orang. Topik mengenai pengolahan cabai merah menjadi saus cabai menjadi penting disebabkan karena menurunnya harga cabai pada saat musim panen cabai merugikan petani. Maka langkah positif yang perlu diambil adalah dengan cara mengolahnya menjadi saus cabai. Tujuannya adalah agar cabai merah segar tetap mempunyai harga yang lebih stabil ketika diolah menjadi produk turunan cabai merah, salah satunya adalah saus cabai. Cabai merah segar yang telah diolah ini akan mempunyai nilai tambah, lebih awet, tahan lama, mudah digunakan bagi para ibu-ibu rumah tangga dan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga apabila dilakukan sebagai usaha rumahtangga. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah difusi iptek. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa telah terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan pada Mitra. Seluruh Mitra sudah mengetahui mengenai saus cabai sebanyak 100%. Cara pembuatan, menjadi pendapatan rumahtangga dan pengolahan cabai merah menjadi saus tidak rumit menunjukkan pengetahuan Mitra meningkat dengan total masing-masing adalah 100%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa Mitra dapat melakukan pengolahan saus cabai.. Pengolahan ini dapat dijadikan usaha rumatangga sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga dengan menjadikan UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah. Selama program berlangsung Mitra mengikuti dengan antusias. Pada penilaian Evaluasi yang dilakukan, Mitra puas terhadap program yang dilaksanakan sebanyak 100% dan akan mengikuti program yang sama apabila diadakan lagi pada masa yang akan datangm sebanyak, 100%.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi komunikasi di era kini sangatlah pesat. Teknologi komunikasi yang diiringi dengan kehadiran media massa juga telah memberi banyak perubahan dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Saat ini, di mana kita hidup, dapat dikatakan sebagai era digital. Literasi media sosial perlu diberikan dalam rangka menciptakan masyarakat berbasis informasi dan pengetahuan. Media sosial merupakan salah satu layanan internet yang paling banyak digunakan oleh para pengguna internet pada saat ini. Kemudahan dalam berinteraksi dan menyebarkan informasi tersebut juga memiliki dampak negatif pada saat ini, yaitu banyak beredarnya berita hoax. Salah satu upaya membentuk masyarakat yang kritis dalam bermedia sosial adalah dengan menjalankan sosialisasi yang telah memiliki materi pokok yang diseragamkan. Edukasi dan sosialisasi yang terus-menerus juga penting untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan verifikasi informasi. Dengan demikian, masyarakat diharapkan menjadi lebih bijak dan bertanggung jawab dalam menggunakan media sosial.

Abstract

Program Cerite Senye yang disiarkan oleh LPP RRI Takengon merupakan inisiatif dalam melestarikan literasi bahasa Gayo di tengah arus globalisasi dan perkembangan media digital. Program ini menggabungkan siaran radio dan podcast YouTube dengan berbagai topik relevan, seperti adat-istiadat, budaya, ekonomi, dan kebijakan daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Cerite Senye dalam mendukung literasi bahasa Gayo serta memahami faktor yang mendorong pendengar mengaksesnya berdasarkan Uses and Gratification Theory. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Cerite Senye berperan sebagai sumber informasi, edukasi, dan hiburan yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran terhadap bahasa Gayo. Selain itu, penggunaan bahasa Gayo dalam siaran menjadi daya tarik tersendiri bagi pendengar dan berkontribusi pada pelestarian bahasa daerah. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, diharapkan Cerite Senye mendapatkan dukungan lebih luas untuk meningkatkan kualitas serta jangkauan siarannya. Implikasi penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya optimalisasi media penyiaran lokal dalam mempertahankan identitas budaya di era digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pola komunikasi interpersonal yang diterapkan oleh Panitia Pengawas Pemilu (Panwaslih) Kabupaten Aceh Tengah dalam mendukung kelancaran penyelenggaraan pemilu. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal yang terjalin antara komisioner, staf, dan panwascam didasarkan pada nilai keterbukaan, empati, dukungan, dan kesetaraan. Namun, hambatan seperti keterbatasan jaringan komunikasi, luasnya wilayah pengawasan, dan tingginya beban kerja menjadi tantangan tersendiri. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, Panwaslih menerapkan strategi seperti interaksi langsung ke lapangan dan pemanfaatan media sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola komunikasi interpersonal yang baik menjadi kunci keberhasilan Panwaslih dalam melaksanakan tugas pengawasan secara demokratis, adil, dan transparan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Komunikasi efektif dalam menggunakan jaringan sosial hand phone (Hp). Untuk mengetahui hambatan komunikasi efektif dalam menggunakan hand phone. Penelitian yang digunakan penulis bersipat diskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. "Diskriptif adalah penelitian yang terdapat fenomena atau populasi tertentu untuk menjelaskan aspek-aspek yang relevan dengan fenomena atau masalah yang ada. Pada umumnya penelitian diskriptif tidak menggunakan hepotesis". Sedangkan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan tentang komunikasi efektif dalam menggunakan jaringan sosial hand phone (HP) studi kasus hambatan komunikasi efektif dalam menggunakan jaringan sosial hand phone di kampung Lumut,Linge,Ise-lse Kabupaten Aceh Tengah.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa hambatan komunikasi dalam menggunakan jaringan sosial hand phone di kampung Lumut,Linge,Ise-Ise Kecamatan Linge Kabupaten Aceh Tengah, sering kali terjadi informasi yang seharusnya sampai kepada mesyarakat setempat, sehingga terputus di tengah jalan akibat tidak efektifnya suatu komunikasi, dan hal ini terjadi disebabkan akibat masih terbatasnya jaringan seluler. Sehingga hal ini sangatlah berpengaruk terhadap perkembangan daerah, baik dari prekonomian dan budaya
