Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi Gula Merah Tebu di Kilang Zahratul Azhar, Kecamatan Ketol, Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi gula merah tebu, faktor dependen (terikat) yaitu produksi gula merah tebu (Y) dan variabel independent (variable bebas) yaitu jumlah batang tebu (X1), penundaan waktu penggilingan (X2), persamaan regresi yang faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi gula merah tebu adalah sebagai berikut : Y = 66.511+128 X1-003 X2. Berdasarkan hasil regresi linier berganda di dapat nilai koefisien regresi jumlah batang tebu bernilai positif sebesar 9.183. Pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% jumlah batang tebu menunjukan nilai bahwa 9.183 > 1.701 dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan terima Ha ( thitung > ttabel)yang berarti bahwa jumlah batang tebu berpengaruh terhadap produksi gula merah tebu. Berdasarkan perhitungan hasil regresi linier berganda dapat nilai regresi penundaan waktu penggilingan tebu bernilai negatif sebesar -254 angka ini menunjukan hubungan yang terbalik antara penundaan waktu penggilingan dengan produksi gula merah tebu. Pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% penundaan waktu penggilingan menunjukan nilai -254 < 1.701 dengan demikian dapat di simpulkan terima ho (thitung > t tabel) yang berarti bahwa penundaan waktu penggilingan berpengaruh terhadap produksi gula merah tebu. Berdasarkan hasil Uji F diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 42.280 lebih besar dari Ftabel 3.34 sesuai Dengan kreteria keputusan berdasarkan perbandingan nilai F hitung dan F tabel jika ( Fhitung > Ftabel ) Maka tolak HO terima Ha, yakni jumlah batang tebu, penundaan waktu penggilingan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap produksi gula merah tebu di Kilang Zahratul Azhar, Kecamatan Ketol Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Nilai koefisien dari keseluruhan hasil uji regresi linier berganda adalah nilai konstanta 66.511 dan b1 = 0.128 dan b2 = -003. Dengan kriteri keputusan jika F hitung >Ftabel Maka tolak Ho terima Ha, Jika thitung > t tabel maka tolak Ho terima Ha, Jika thitung< ttabel maka terima Ha tolak Ho

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat telah diadakan di Desa Gunung Bahgie. Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh 18 orang Mitra yang berasal dari masyarakat desa, terdiri dari ibu-ibu rumah tangga. Panen cabai merupakan masalah utama di kebanakan desa di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Saat panen besar, harga cabai akan jatuh dan ini akan merugikan petani. Salah satu cara agar cabai dapat bertahan lama adalah dengan cara mengolahnya. Salah satunya adalah dengan mengolahnya menjadi chili oil. Chili oil dapat digunakan sebagai sambal yang memberikan rasa pedas pada hampir kebanyakan panganan, baik yang dijajakan maupun pada skala rumah tangga. Produk chili oil apabila diusahakan secara serius dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Hasil dari Pre Test dan Post Test yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa telah terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan Mitra setelah diberikan pelatihan pengolahan chili oil.  Hasl pengisisan borang penilaian evaluasi pelaksanaan juga menunjukkan terdapat penilaian yang positif dari Mitra kepada Tim Pengabdi dalam melaksanakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini. Penilaian yang terbaik adalah sangat setuju sebanyak 100% atau 18 orang Mitra dan menyatakan akan mengikuti kegiatan PkM ini apabila kegiatan ini diadakan lagi di desa yang sama.

Abstract

Desa Gunung Suku, Aceh Tengah, didominasi oleh perkebunan kopi. Aceh Tengah juga terkenal dengan destinasi wisata alam berupa pegunungan dan Danau Laut Tawar. Selama ini belum ada masyarakat yang mengolah limbah kopi yang berupa daun kopi dan kulit kopi (cascara). Kondisi mitra menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak yang belum menyadari pentingnya menjaga lingkungan dari limbah dan pemanfaatan limbah, terutama sampah organik, seperti daun kopi dan kulit buah kopi. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan sosialisasi dan pelatihan mengenai pemanfaatan limbah tanaman kopi menjadi teh daun kopi dan teh cascara. Ke depannya produk ini dapat digunakan sebagai kuliner khas Gayo. Produk teh ini dapat dinikmati saat mengunjungi daerah wisata di Takengon atau sebagai oleh-oleh khas Gayo, Takengon. Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan pada 2 Desember 2022 di halaman Kantor Reje Gunung Suku. Terdapat sepuluh ibu rumah tangga yang hadir pada hari pelaksanaan. Metode yang dilakukan adalah penyuluhan tentang sosialisasi pemanfaatan limbah organik dan demonstrasi pengolahan limbah organik daun teh dan kulit buah kopi menjadi teh. Sementara itu, tahapan pelaksanaan pada hari pelaksanaan adalah pre test, penyuluhan, dan sosialisasi berupa ceramah, demonstrasi pengolahan daun kopi dan kulit kopi menjadi teh, sesi tanya-jawab, uji rasa pada produk yang dihasilkan, dan post test. Hasil pre test dan post test mitra tentang teh daun kopi dan teh cascara mengalami peningkatan yang sama, yaitu 45%. Evaluasi pelaksanaan, pernyataan pemberian materi dari narasumber, dan manfaat pelatihan yang dilakukan dinila sangat setuju, mencapai 100%.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The effect drying temperature on physicochemical characteristics and consumer acceptance on sensory evaluation on bitter gourd (Momordica charantia) herb teas were carried out. This research to determined of drying temperature on physicochemical characteristics and consumer acceptance on sensory evaluation. The slice of bitter gourd dried at 3 types of temperatures, 40oC, 50oC and 60oC. Control of sample used bitter gourd (Momordica charantia) herbs tea and green (Camellia sinensis) tea commercial. Measurement of colour used Minolta CR-300 Chromameter. The pH determined used a glass electrode pH meter. Titratable Acidity of samples evaluated using method of AOAC (2000). Overall colour of samples for brightness (L), were 33,0-35, 0; Redness (a), were 2,7-3,0; and yellowness (b), were between -2 and -3. Meanwhile, the samples of pH were between 2,7-3,0. The Titratable Acidity of samples between 2,7-3,1%. Brightness evaluated all of samples showed no significant different (p>0,05). The pH of sample with drying of temperature at 40oC showed no significant different (p>0,05) compared to two samples control. Titratable acidity all of samples showed no significant different (0>0,05). The highest of Total phenolic content was T50. The attributes sensory evaluation on consumer acceptance, were bitterness and ‘aftertaste’ all of samples showed no significant different (p>0,05) among the commercial samples . However, the other attributes (colour, aroma, and overall acceptability) showed significant different (p<0,05) and showed better on commercial samples. Abstract

Financial literacy ic very important. Financial management literacy is closey related to improving welfare. Knowledge of financial management literacy can be developed into a digital business. The purpose of this Community Service is to. These two things have been conveyed to manufacturing worlers in Selangor, Malaysia. The number of workers participating in thus program is 15 people. The purpose of thus PkM is to make the workers ‘knowledge better in financial management and to know the use of the income earned for useful things, especially after workers return to the country, one of which is with digital business. The implementastion method carried out is the Planning Stage, including communicating with related parties carried out online, the Preparation Stage which consists of the preparation Stage with introduction dissemination of The Pre-Test, sosializzation and lectures, question and answer, Post-Test and ended with filling out and evaluation of the activity assessment. The results of the program show that there has been an increase in knowledge among workers. The evaluation of the workers given in the form of a review of the PkM team was good, where 2 out of statement given showed that the workers ‘strongly agreed; as much as 100% that the event was in accordance with the theme and material provided. The workers participated in this program with enthusiasm. Meanwhile, the socialization statement was in accordance with the theme, the socialization was useful and the workers satisfaction 66,3% assessment

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi komunikasi di era kini sangatlah pesat. Teknologi komunikasi yang diiringi dengan kehadiran media massa juga telah memberi banyak perubahan dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Saat ini, di mana kita hidup, dapat dikatakan sebagai era digital. Literasi media sosial perlu diberikan dalam rangka menciptakan masyarakat berbasis informasi dan pengetahuan. Media sosial merupakan salah satu layanan internet yang paling banyak digunakan oleh para pengguna internet pada saat ini. Kemudahan dalam berinteraksi dan menyebarkan informasi tersebut juga memiliki dampak negatif pada saat ini, yaitu banyak beredarnya berita hoax. Salah satu upaya membentuk masyarakat yang kritis dalam bermedia sosial adalah dengan menjalankan sosialisasi yang telah memiliki materi pokok yang diseragamkan. Edukasi dan sosialisasi yang terus-menerus juga penting untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan verifikasi informasi. Dengan demikian, masyarakat diharapkan menjadi lebih bijak dan bertanggung jawab dalam menggunakan media sosial.

Abstract

Mendale Village is one of the tourist villages in Central Aceh. So it is always crowded with tourists visiting Laut Tawar Lake. The purpose of this Community Service is to empower the people of Mendale Village through the creative economy with chayote jelly candy products. It is hoped that the processed chayote can become one of the culinary specialties of Mendale Village and can also provide additional income for the community. Marketing can be done around tourist attractions around Mendale Village. The methods used for Partners are lectures, demonstrations and training. There are 20 Partners consisting of PKK Cadres and other mothers from the general public. Partners are given a Pre-Test and Post-Test to determine the increase in knowledge that occurs during the implementation of the program. At the end of the implementation, Partners are also given an Implementation Evaluation Form. The results of the analysis show that Partners' knowledge has increased, especially in the fourth statement ('Chayote can be processed into various products with various flavors (sweet, salty, spicy and savory') there has been an increase of 85%. This shows that Partners have optimal knowledge about processing chayote into jelly candy. As many as 100% of Partners stated 'Strongly Agree' that the training material is easy to understand. Statement This training is useful and I will attend a similar event if it is held again received an assessment from Partners 'Strongly Agree' each of 90%.

Abstract

Mendale Village is one of the villages in Takengon, Central Aceh, located on the shores of Lake Laut Tawar. So far, Mendale Village has not had a product that can be used as a typical souvenir from Mendale Village and can increase community income. In fact, Mendale Village has a lot of natural resources. The existence of resources in the form of yeloow pumpkin can be processed into dodol. Therefore, the purpose of this Community Service program is to increase the knowledge and skills o the Mendale Village community to process tallow pumpkin into yellow pumpkin dodol which can be used as a typical culinary souvenir. The commnutiy service method used is through counceling and demonstration. The partners who attended came from mothers from the general public and the Family Welfare Empowerment Movement Team, totaling 20 people. The results of the Pre Test and Post Test that communit knowledge and skills had increased. Especially regarding the use of yellow pumpkin in food and beverage products, including dodol products and the existence of these products, including dodol products and the exixtence of theses products will provide added value to yellow pumpkin. The results of the implementation evaluation showed that almost all partners stated ‘Strongly Agree’ to several statements. The statements are, regarding the event schedule, the training material is appropriate, the theme is interesting, the program is very usefull and partners will follow the same program if it is held again in the future, each statement gets a percentage of 100% or all partners, 20 people stated ‘Strongly Agree’.

Abstract

Timang Gajah Village is a village in Bener Meriah Regency. The dominant garden produce is almost all the vegetables and fruits that commonly grow and are suitable for plating in Bener Meriah and central Aceh. One of them is chayote. Until now, chayote has only been used as a vegetable. Furthermore, the price of chayote is quite cheap. However, many products can be produced from chayote, one of which is jam. Jam can be used as a spread on bread and cakes. The purpose of this Community Service is to find solutions for utilizing and increasing the economic value of chayote. This Community Service implementation was attended by 15 mothers from the general public. The methods used in this implementation were counseling and demonstrations. The results of the Pre-Test and Post Test showed an increase in knowledge among partners regarding the use and processing of chayote jam. Especially regarding chayote can be processed into products other than vegetables and chayote can produce chayote jam. The resulting jam can be used personally or used as a home industry. The implementation evaluation showed that almost all partners stated ‘Strongly Agree’ to several statements.

Abstract

Organic waste such as egg shells is one of the environmental problems. Piling and mixed waste conditions will cause air and soil pollution. The purpose of this Community Service is to provide education on the use of egg shells, handling organic waste that can be used as fertilizer and ecopreneurship to the community in Mendale Village, Central Aceh. The number of partners who attended was 20 people consisting of mothers, the general public and village officials. The Community Service method used was in the form of counseling and demonstrations of processing egg shell waste into organic fertilizer. To measure the level of knowledge of partners, Pre-Test and Post-Test Forms were used. Meanwhile, to assess the success of the event, an evaluation form was used. The results of the increase in knowledge from the Pre-Test and Post-Test showed that partners had experienced an increase in knowledge on statements about benefits and new partners learned that egg shells can be eaten, and egg shells have added value, each 100%. After the implementation of the activity, partners learned that egg shells can be processed into organic fertilizer that can be used by them on plantation land and can increase income if it is run as an environmentally friendly business or called ecopreneurship. The evaluation conducted by partners on the implementation showed that partners felt very much in agreement with the program being held. Several statements that gave the highest 'Strongly Agree' score were regarding the appropriate theme, complete and sequential or gradual material, each 100%. Partners participated in the event enthusiastically. Further training is needed on financial management and marketing of organic fertilizers produced for optimal results
