<![CDATA[The eye is the organ we use to see. Data from the Indonesian Ministry of Health, 15% of school-age children experience refractive disorders. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) report, the incidence of asthenopia globally is estimated to range from 75% to 90%. The purpose of the study was to determine the description of teachers' knowledge, attitudes, and behavior regarding refractive disorders and asthenopia in students of the INSANI Sukabumi Integrated Islamic School in 2025. Using a descriptive observational design with a cross-sectional approach, sampling using the total population method. The research sample consisted of 60 respondents. Data collection was carried out by filling out a questionnaire. The results showed that teachers who had good knowledge of refractive disorders were 28.3%, sufficient 48.3%, and lacking 23.3%. good attitude 93.3%, sufficient 6.4%. good behavior 50%, sufficient 21.7%, and lacking 28.3%. Teachers who have good knowledge about Astenopia 15%, sufficient 36.7%, lacking 48.3%. good attitude 98.3%, sufficient 1.7%. good behavior 41.7%, sufficient 15%, and lacking 43.3%. Increasing knowledge is an important step to support positive attitudes, so that they can be translated into consistent and appropriate behavior in supporting students' visual health in the school environment.]]>
