<![CDATA[Bipolar disorder is a type of mental illness that is increasingly in need of attention, especially in big cities like Jakarta where the number of sufferers continues to increase. However, current mental health services still focus more on inpatient care compared to outpatient care, so the capacity of outpatient services for bipolar patients is very limited. In addition, the lack of utilization of natural elements in therapeutic facilities and the strong negative stigma in society towards people with mental disorders also exacerbate this condition. This research aims to apply the right space concept to bipolar therapy and education facilities that are able to regenerate mental health in harmony with nature. The methods used in this research include literature study, field survey, and interviews with related parties. The result of this research is that regenerative architecture with a biophilic design approach and recovery space concept is able to create an optimal recovery space and balance the recovery process with nature. This approach allows the creation of a balance between the recovery needs of patients, social, and nature. Keywords: bipolar; nature; recovery; therapy Abstrak Gangguan bipolar merupakan salah satu jenis penyakit mental yang semakin membutuhkan perhatian, khususnya di kota besar seperti Jakarta yang menunjukkan angka penderita yang terus meningkat namun, layanan kesehatan mental saat ini masih lebih berfokus pada perawatan inap dibandingkan dengan perawatan jalan, sehingga kapasitas layanan rawat jalan bagi penderita bipolar menjadi sangat terbatas. Selain itu, kurangnya pemanfaatan unsur alam dalam fasilitas terapi serta masih kuatnya stigma negatif di masyarakat terhadap penderita gangguan mental turut memperburuk kondisi ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan konsep ruang yang tepat pada fasilitas terapi dan edukasi bipolar yang mampu meregenerasi kesehatan mental selaras dengan alam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi studi literatur, survei lapangan, dan wawancara dengan pihak terkait. Hasil penelitian ini adalah arsitektur regeneratif dengan pendekatan desain biofilik dan konsep ruang pemulihan mampu menciptakan ruang pemulihan yang optimal dan menyeimbangkan proses pemulihan dengan alam. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan terciptanya keseimbangan antara kebutuhan pemulihan pasien, sosial, dan alam.]]>
