This workshop aimed to strengthen character education among the youth of the Al-Furqon Campus Mosque, UPDN Nganjuk, by integrating religious and moral values into their daily activities. The program utilized participatory methods such as worship practices, group discussions, and interactive lectures to foster key character traits including discipline, responsibility, trustworthiness, confidence, and care. The management and design of mosque-based activities such as prayer, Quran recitation, and religious lectures were found to be effective in instilling these values. Evaluation through observation and participant feedback indicated significant improvement in the participants’ character development and engagement. The workshop also highlighted the importance of supportive leadership and relevant, practical activities in sustaining youth involvement. These findings suggest that mosque-centered character education programs can play a vital role in shaping the moral and spiritual foundation of adolescents.
