The lack of learning interest among elementary students is a persistent issue that demands innovative teaching strategies. This research seeks to evaluate the effectiveness of incorporating visual media in boosting both the interest and academic performance of fourth-grade students at SDIT Al-Ghazali Nyalaran. A descriptive qualitative method was applied, with data gathered through classroom observations, structured interviews, and documentation during the instructional process. The study reveals that using appropriate and engagingimage-based materials significantly improves students’ attention, active engagement, and understanding of the lesson content. Additionally, a notable increase in student achievement was observed, indicating that visual media serve as a vital tool in creating a more impactful and meaningful learning environment for young learners.
