<![CDATA[Abstrak Dampak telrjadinya rupturel pelrinelum pada ibu antara lain telrjadinya infelksi pada luka jahitan, sellain itu juga dapat melnyelbabkan pelrdarahan bahkan jika pelnangananya lambat dapat melnyelbabkan kelmatian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsumsi putih telur terhadap penyembuhan laserasi perineum derajat II pada ibu postpartum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan quasi-eksperimen dan rancangan two group posttelst only design. Melibatkan 30 responden yang terdiri dari 15 ibu postpartum yang mengkonsumsi putih telur dan 15 ibu yang tidak mengkonsumsi putih telur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui lembar observasi dan dianalisis dengan uji mann whitney u dan perhitungan komputerisasi spss. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pelrbeldaan rata-rata yang signifikan antara waktu pelnyelmbuhan luka kellompok intelrvelnsi maupun kellompok kontrol dengan nilai (P value= 0,025). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa telrdapat pelngaruh konsumsi putih tellur telrhadap pelnyelmbuhan laselrasi pelrinelum delrajat II pada ibu postpartum. Kata kunci: ibu nifas, rupture perineum, putih telur Abstract The impacts of a perineal rupture on mothers include infection of the stitches and bleeding. In severe cases, if not handled quickly, it can even lead to death. This research aims to understand the effect of egg white consumption on the healing of second-degree perineal lacerations in postpartum mothers. This study uses a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental approach and a two-group post-test only design. It involves 30 respondents: 15 postpartum mothers who consumed egg whites and 15 mothers who did not. Data was collected through observation sheets and analyzed using the Mann-Whitney U test and computerized SPSS calculations. The results show a significant difference in the average wound healing time between the intervention and control groups, with a P-value of 0.025. Therefore, it can be concluded that consuming egg whites affects the healing of second-degree perineal lacerations in postpartum mothers.
