LITERASI DIGITAL DI KALANGAN GURU MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH (MI) KABUPATEN OKU SEBELUM, SAAT, DAN PASCA PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstract

Penelitian ini disajikan untuk mengetahui literasi digital di kalangan guru MI sebelum, saat, dan pasca pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan tehnik pengambilan data melalui wawancara tipe satu-lawan-satu dengan semi-terstruktur untuk melihat tanggapan partisipan secara langsung ketika menjawab pertanyaan. Wawancara direkam, kemudian ditranskrip dan dianalisis dengan bantuan aplikasi ATLAS.ti 22. Sebanyak 7 orang guru MI yang ada di Kabupaten OKU yang sudah berpengalaman mengajar selama lebih dari sepuluh tahun menjadi partisipan dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh dua kategori partisipan, yaitu guru dari generasi akhir Baby Boomers dan guru generasi akhir X.  Deskripsi tekstural sebelum, saat dan pasca pandemi menerangkan  esensi dari literasi digital, implementasi media digital, kendala pembelajaran online dan program usaha guru.  Guru dari generasi akhir Baby Boomers sebelum masa pandemi jarang memanfaatkan media digital sehingga kesulitan beradaptasi ketika pandemi melanda, dan tidak ada usaha untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi digital dan pasca pandemi memutuskan untuk meninggalkan media digital. Guru dari generasi akhir X sudah terbiasa menggunakan media digital sebelum pandemi, ketika adanya pandemi hal ini memudahkan untuk beradaptasi, dan dimasa pandemi berakhir tetap berusaha untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi digital.   This study is presented to determine digital literacy among MI teachers before, during, and after the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is a qualitative method with a semi-structured one-on-one interview data collection technique to see participants' responses directly when answering questions. Interviews were recorded and then transcribed and analyzed with the help of the ATLAS.ti 22 application. A total of 7 MI teachers in OKU Regency who had teaching experience for more than ten years were participants in this research. Based on the research results, two categories of participants were obtained, namely teachers from the final generation Baby Boomers and teachers from the final generation X. The textural description before, during, and after the pandemic explains the essence of digital literacy, digital media implementation, and obstacles to online learning. Teachers from the final Baby Boomers before the pandemic rarely used digital media, so they had difficulty adapting when the pandemic hit, and there was no effort to improve digital literacy skills. Teachers from the final generation X were accustomed to using digital media before the pandemic when the pandemic made it easier to adapt, and when the pandemic ended, they still tried to improve their digital literacy skills
