This study aims to guide in evaluating the effectiveness of the use of learning media in fine arts subjects for fourth grade elementary school students. The evaluation model used is formative-summative evaluation. Data were analyzed quantitatively-descriptively to see the effect of media on student learning outcomes, especially in the psychomotor domain. The results of the study indicate that there are four stages in the formative-summative evaluation model by Scriven. Formative evaluation can provide feedback during the learning process, while summative evaluation can be used to see the final results of learning. This study can contribute to the development of effective learning media and be a practical guide for teachers in seeing the impact of the use of fine arts learning media on learning outcomes in the psychomotor domain. The relevance of this study lies in the development of formative and summative evaluation models to see student learning outcomes, especially skills learning in basic fine arts subjects. So this study can help teachers in developing student assessment instruments, especially in the psychomotor domain.
