Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan guna menganalisis hubungan yang ada antara bahasa dan struktur sosial masyarakat, dalam teks pidato Presiden Republik Indonesia Prabowo Subianto pada acara “Sarasehan Ekonomi Bersama Presiden Republik Indonesia Tahun 2025” di kanal YouTube Sekretariat Presiden. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif perspektif Analisis Wacana Kritis (AWK) dengan kajian Norman Fairclough. Hasil dari analisis pidato ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara bahasa yang digunakan Presiden Prabowo Subianto dengan kondisi sosial Indonesia serta hubungannya dengan audiens. Hubungan ini terlihat dari penggunaan strategi bahasa tertentu seperti tata bahasa, struktur, koherensi, serta konjungsi. This study aims to analyze the relationship between language and the social structure of society, in the text of the speech of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Prabowo Subianto at the “Joint Economic Discussion event of the President of the Republic of Indonesia in 2025” on the Presidential Secretariat YouTube channel. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method from the perspective of Critical Discourse Analysis (AWK) with the study of Norman Fairclough. The results of this speech analysis show a relationship between the language used by President Prabowo Subianto and the social conditions of Indonesia and his relationship with the audience. This relationship can be seen from the use of certain language strategies such as grammar, structure, coherence, and conjunctions.
