<![CDATA[The concept of Agribusiness Sub Terminal is a marketing concept for agricultural commodities that can manage and increase the income of agribusiness actors. Therefore, a good management system is needed. This study aims to determine the achievement of the implementation function of the Kendari City Agribusiness Sub Terminal and the factors that become obstacles in the implementation of the Kendari City Agribusiness Sub Terminal function. This study was conducted from May to July 2024 located on Pelabuhan Batu street, Sanua Village, West Kendari District, Kendari City. The types of data consist of primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were interviews and literature. To determine the achievement of the implementation of the Agribusiness Sub Terminal function in Kendari City, descriptive analysis was used and continued with scoring values, and to determine the factors that became obstacles in the implementation of the Agribusiness Sub Terminal function in Kendari City, descriptive analysis was used. The results of the study showed that the implementation of the Agribusiness Sub Terminal function in Kendari City had been running quite well with an achievement score of 50 percent, while the obstacles faced included the process of collecting warehouse and drying floor rental fees which was rather difficult, auction activities and training or coaching that was not implemented.]]>
