This study aims to determine the effect of using interactive PowerPoint media on increasing student activity in mathematics learning in elementary schools. The background of this study is the low level of student participation during the mathematics learning process which tends to be abstract and less interesting. The research technique used is classroom action research (PTK) with two cycles. The subjects of the study were grade IV students of SDN 19 Mataram. The instruments used were student activity observation sheets, documentation, and interviews. The results of the study showed that there was a significant increase in student activity after the implementation of interactive PowerPoint media, both in terms of participation in discussions, answering questions, and participation in learning activities. Thus, interactive PowerPoint media can be used as an alternative effective learning media to increase student activity in the mathematics learning process at elementary school level.
