This study aims to examine the implementation of the syllabus and the flow of learning objectives for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at MI Al-Jihad 02 Kebonrejo Salaman. A qualitative descriptive ,method was used, collecting data trough interviews, observations, and documentation from teachers and the madrasah principal. The results indicate that the syllabus implementation is in accordance with curriculum standards, but optimization of the flow of learning objectives still requires improvement, particularly in the aspects of learning methods and learning resources. Based on the research result, it was found that in developing a syllabus there are steps that a teacher must take, namely reviewing competency standards and basic competencies, identifying main/learning materials, developing learning activities, formulating competency achievement indicators, determining the type of assessment, determining time allocation and determining learning resources/media
