This study aims to examine the role of Islamic Education teachers in instilling discipline and environmental cleanliness awareness among students. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings show that Islamic Education teachers play a strategic role not only in delivering religious material but also in shaping students’ character through daily habits, exemplary behavior, and integration of Islamic values related to cleanliness and discipline. Teachers consistently emphasize that cleanliness is part of faith and discipline reflects moral responsibility. These values are gradually internalized by students through routine activities such as maintaining classroom cleanliness, obeying school rules, and practicing environmentally friendly behavior. The study concludes that the teacher’s role as an educator, role model, and motivator significantly contributes to the formation of students’ disciplined character and environmental awareness
