Organizational culture is a key element that can influence the management of educational institutions, especially madrasas. This article aims to describe organizational culture in madrasa education. The research method uses a literature review with a descriptive analytical approach. The results of the discussion indicate that 1) a strong organizational culture aligned with Islamic values can create a conducive environment. 2) a strong organizational culture in madrasa education will foster a sense of belonging, a unified vision, and high work motivation. 3) strengthening the organizational culture of madrasa education.
