Program Studi Di Fakultas Teknik Dan Ilmu Computer Universitas Pancasakti Tegal menerapkan masa studi S1 selama delapan semester Dimana pada semester V atau VI mahasiswa mengikuiti kegiatan magang atau praktek kerja lapangan (PKL) di industri magang merupakan sarana penerangan ilmu ke dunia kerja guna memahami system kerja profesional. Dalam Praktik industri khususnya pada fungsinya yang penting, kerusakan pada poros roda pengunci dapat menyebabkan terganggunya seluruh sistem kerja mesin. proses pembubutan merupakan salah satu metode permesinan yang umum digunakan dalam pembuatan maupun perbaikan poros. namun, proses ini juga memiliki risiko terhadap dimensi presisi, kekasaran permukaan, bahkan struktur material poros apabila tidak dilakukan dengan parameter yang sesuai. kesalahan dalam proses pembubutan dapat memperburuk kondisi poros yang rusak dan memperpendek umur pakainya. The turning process is one of the machining methods commonly used in the manufacture or repair of axles. However, this process also has risks to precision dimensions, surface roughness, and even the structure of the axle material if not carried out with the appropriate parameters.
