Abstract

The development of digital technology has encouraged Community Learning Centers (Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat/PKBM) to adopt more flexible learning approaches that are responsive to learners’ needs. However, the implementation of digital learning in PKBM still faces limitations related to resource readiness and supporting infrastructure. This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital learning in supporting learners’ learning processes in PKBM, particularly in improving content comprehension, digital skills, and learning independence. The study employed a descriptive approach involving PKBM learners and tutors as research subjects. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and interviews, and analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings indicate that the implementation of digital learning increases learners’ active participation, facilitates access to learning materials, and promotes the development of digital literacy and confidence in using technology. Despite challenges such as limited devices and unequal internet access, digital learning has been shown to contribute positively to the effectiveness of learning in PKBM and is worthy of further development as a learning strategy in nonformal education. ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) untuk mengadaptasi pembelajaran yang lebih fleksibel dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. Namun, penerapan digital learning di PKBM masih menghadapi keterbatasan pada aspek kesiapan sumber daya dan sarana pendukung. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penerapan digital learning dalam mendukung pembelajaran peserta didik di PKBM, khususnya pada peningkatan pemahaman materi, keterampilan digital, dan kemandirian belajar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan subjek peserta didik dan tutor PKBM. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, angket, dan wawancara, kemudian dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan digital learning meningkatkan partisipasi aktif peserta didik, mempermudah akses materi, serta mendorong peningkatan literasi digital dan kepercayaan diri dalam penggunaan teknologi. Meskipun masih terdapat kendala berupa keterbatasan perangkat dan akses internet, penerapan digital learning terbukti memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran di PKBM dan layak dikembangkan sebagai strategi pembelajaran pendidikan nonforma
