Abstrak: Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan aneka produk tenun limbah lidi sawit bagi remaja putri kampung paya bedi melalui introduksi alat tenun bukan mesin. Kegiatan ini dipilih karena tersedianya limbah lidi sawit di desa itu yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal bagi peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah participatory action research dan transfer teknologi melalui tahapan kegiatan diantaranya koordinasi, sosialisasi, pelaksanaan kegiatan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Seluruh tahapan kegiatan yang dilakukan tercatat melalui lembar posttest dimana 10 anggota kelompok (67%) sangat mengetahui tatacara penggunaan alat tenun, 7 anggota kelompok (46%) cukup memahami teknik memenun secara silang menyilang dan 10 anggota kelompok (66,6 %) mengetahui tatacara pembuatan aneka pola tenun lidi sawit. Disimpulkan bahwa 8 anggota kelompok (53%) memahami seluruh tahapan kegiatan antaranya 25% anggota kelompok sangat mengetahui jenis peralatan kerja yang digunakan, 42% anggota kelompok paham dengan proses awal pembuatan produk dan 47% anggota kelompok memahami teknik pembersihan permukaan produk. Hal ini memperlihatkan bahwa introduksi alat tenun bukan mesin kepada remaja putri mampu meningkatkan kuantitas produk yang dihasilkan.Abstract: This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to introduce various woven products made from oil palm midrib waste to young women in Paya Bedi village through the introduction of non-mechanical weaving tools. This activity was chosen due to the availability of oil palm midrib waste in the village, which has not been optimally utilized to increase community income. The method used is participatory action research and technology transfer through several stages, including coordination, socialization, implementation, as well as monitoring and evaluation. All stages of the activity were recorded through post-test sheets, where 10 group members (67%) were highly knowledgeable about how to use the weaving tool, 7 members (46%) had sufficient understanding of the cross-weaving technique, and 10 members (66.6%) knew the procedure for creating various weaving patterns using oil palm midribs. It is concluded that 8 group members (53%) understood all stages of the activity, including 25% of members who were highly familiar with the types of tools used, 42% who understood the initial production process, and 47% who understood the product surface cleaning techniques. This shows that the introduction of non-mechanical weaving tools to young women is capable of increasing the quantity of products produced.
