<![CDATA[Digital transformation in the education sector has driven the emergence of various technology-based programs aimed at improving the quality of learning. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of technology-based education programs in enhancing student engagement, teaching effectiveness, and learning outcomes at the secondary school level. The research subjects consisted of 193 students from SMP Negeri 6 Rangkasbitung, which has implemented technology in learning for over a year. The research employed a quantitative approach using questionnaire-based data collection. The findings indicate that the implementation of technology-based education programs has a significant positive impact on learning quality, with a final score of 3.05. However, the main obstacles identified include limited infrastructure, unstable internet access, and low levels of digital literacy. In conclusion, technology-based education programs contribute positively to improving learning quality. Nevertheless, their success heavily depends on the readiness of facilities and infrastructure, user competencies, as well as institutional and policy support. To maximize their benefits, sustained investment, digital competency training for teachers, and strong collaboration among schools, parents, and the government are essential.]]>
