Dampak Student Support Service Terhadap Pengembangan Akademik Mahasiswa UIN Sunan Kaliaga Yogyakarta

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Student Support Service terhadap Pengembangan Akademik mahasiswa UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dengan survey melalui kuesioner terstruktur dengan menggunakan skala likert. Berdasarkan analisis “G” Power sampel miinimal yang harus digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 153 sampel, maka dalam penelitian ini menggunakan  155  responden yang nantinya akan dijadikan sampel. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah WarpPLS. Dalam analisis ini dilakukan uji outer model dan inner model . Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kuesioner yang diigunakan dalam penelitian ini memenuhi standar validitas dan realibitas. Student Support Siervice yang terdiri dari: fasilitas perpustakaan, konseling, tehnologi informatika,  beasiswa, keamanan, kafetaria, dan kesehatan secara bersama-sama terbukti mempengaruhi pengembangan akademik mahasiswa sebesar 0.68 atau 68%, sedangkan sebesar 32% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini. Secara parsial penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa fasilitas perpustakaan, konseling, tehnologi informatika,  beasiswa, keamanan, kafetaria, dan kesehatan mempengaruhi pengembangan akademik mahasiswa dengan arah positif dan signifikan. Dimana fasilitas konseling merupakan fasilitas yang paling berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan akademik mahasiswa, dibandingkan fasilitas lain yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini.     ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the role of the Student Support Service on Academic Development of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta students. The sampling technique was a survey through a structured questionnaire using a Likert scale. Based on the "G" Power analysis, the minimum sample that must be used in this study was 153 samples, so this study used 155 respondents who would later be used as samples. The analysis tool used was WarpPLS. In this analysis, outer model and inner model tests were carried out. The results showed that the questionnaire used in this study met the validity and reliability standards. Student Support Service consisting of: library facilities, counseling, information technology, scholarships, security, cafeterias, and health together were proven to influence student academic development by 0.68 or 68%, while 32% was influenced by other factors not included in this study. Partially, this study proves that library facilities, counseling, information technology, scholarships, security, cafeterias, and health influence student academic development in a positive and significant direction. Where counseling facilities are the most influential facilities for student academic development, compared to other facilities analyzed in this study.
