Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Kepemimpinan Transaksional, Dan Motivasi Ekstrinsik Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di Perusahaan Konstruksi Di Kalimantan

Abstract

Employee performance is an important aspect that determines the success of a company. Thisstudy aims to examine the influence of job satisfaction, transactional leadership, and extrinsicmotivation on employee performance in general construction companies in Kalimantan. Datawere collected through a survey using a structured questionnaire to 52 respondents of generalconstruction companies in Kalimantan, with a probability sampling technique. Data analysisused multiple linear regression accompanied by validity and reliability tests. The results showthat transactional leadership and extrinsic motivation have a significant positive effect onemployee performance in general construction companies in Kalimantan, while jobsatisfaction does not have a significant effect on employee performance in generalconstruction companies in Kalimantan.Kinerja karyawan merupakan aspek penting yang menentukan keberhasilan perusahaan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinantransaksional dan motivasi ekstrinsik. terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perusahaankonstruksi umum di Kalimantan. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei menggunakan kuesionerterstruktur kepada 52 responden Perusahaan konstruksi umum di Kalimantan, dengan tekniksampling probability. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda disertai uji validitasdan reliabilitas. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transaksional dan motivasiekstrinsik berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Perusahaan konstruksiumum di Kalimantan, sedangkan kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadapkinerja karyawan di Perusahaan konstruksi umum di Kalimantan.
