The Community Service Program (KKN) is a form of implementation of the University Islam Negeri Raden Fatah Palembang of Higher Education that plays a strategic role in community empowerment, especially for women. This study aims to analyze the role of the KKN program in improving family welfare through training in pineapple dodol business based on local potential, digital financial literacy using QRIS, and social education. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with observation, interviews, and documentation methods. The results of the study show that the integration of these three program components can enhance entrepreneurial skills, understanding of digital transactions, and social awareness among participants. This program also strengthens the capacity of women as economic agents for their families and communities. The findings confirm that the KKN model based on integrated empowerment is effective in promoting sustainable village development. This research recommends strengthening continuous mentoring and collaboration between universities, village governments, and communities to expand the program's impact.
