Tracer studies and career information services are essential components in evaluating graduate quality and enhancing the relevance of education to labor market demands. However, the implementation of tracer studies and the dissemination of career information are often constrained by the lack of integrated media and low alumni participation. This study aims to design and implement a web-based alumni networking information system called ALUMNET to effectively support tracer studies and career information delivery. The ALUMNET system enables alumni to register and log in, complete tracer study questionnaires, access job vacancy information and career-related events, and interact with the institution. Tracer study data collected through ALUMNET are managed by administrators via a management dashboard equipped with graphical data visualization to facilitate analysis and decision-making. The system development employed the prototype method to ensure alignment with user requirements. The results indicate that the ALUMNET alumni networking information system improves the efficiency of alumni data management, expands the reach of tracer study implementation, and provides alumni with centralized and integrated access to career information.
