Abstrak: Masjid memiliki peran strategis tidak hanya sebagai tempat ibadah, tetapi juga sebagai pusat pembinaan sosial, pendidikan, dan pemberdayaan umat. Namun, peran ini sering belum dioptimalkan secara maksimal, terutama di kalangan remaja masjid. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kapasitas remaja masjid dalam mengelola program keagamaan dan sosial yang berdampak positif bagi masyarakat sekitar. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan manajemen organisasi, pendampingan perencanaan kegiatan, serta evaluasi program. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 50 remaja masjid yang mengikuti pelatihan dan pendampingan selama 6 bulan. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam, serta penilaian kinerja berdasarkan indikator seperti peningkatan keterampilan manajerial, kepemimpinan, dan penggunaan teknologi digital dalam pengelolaan kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan remaja masjid, dengan 80% peserta melaporkan peningkatan keterampilan dalam perencanaan dan pengelolaan program, serta kemampuan komunikasi yang lebih baik. Selain itu, 75% peserta berhasil mengimplementasikan program sosial-keagamaan yang melibatkan masyarakat sekitar secara aktif, seperti kegiatan bakti sosial dan kelas baca Al-Qur'an. Dengan demikian, program ini berhasil memperkuat peran masjid sebagai pusat pembinaan umat dan membekali remaja masjid dengan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk mengelola program keagamaan dan sosial secara efektif dan berkelanjutan.Abstract: Mosques play a strategic role not only as places of worship but also as centers for social development, education, and community empowerment. However, this role is often under-optimized, especially among mosque youth. This community service activity aims to strengthen the capacity of mosque youth in managing religious and social programs that have a positive impact on the surrounding community. The methods used include organizational management training, activity planning assistance, and program evaluation. This activity involved 50 mosque youth who participated in the training and mentoring for six months. Evaluation was conducted through questionnaires and in-depth interviews, as well as performance assessments based on indicators such as improved managerial skills, leadership, and the use of digital technology in activity management. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the capabilities of mosque youth, with 80% of participants reporting improved skills in program planning and management, as well as improved communication skills. In addition, 75% of participants successfully implemented socio-religious programs that actively involved the surrounding community, such as community service activities and Quran reading classes. Thus, this program successfully strengthened the role of mosques as centers for community development and equipped mosque youth with the skills necessary to manage religious and social programs effectively and sustainably.
