Abstract

The problem of education in Indonesia is very complex, lately it has been very concerning, many factors there are internal factors and there are external factors that affect the learning outcomes of students, factors from within can be that children who are lazy to study can also lack interest in the subject, while factors from outside the environment that are less supportive and so on so that student learning outcomes have not been maximized,  After conducting research using the TGT (team Game Tuornamen) learning model, the learning outcomes of SDIT Insan Robbani students increased and were very good, in this case the researcher used experimental quantitative research methods, Researchers will make comparisons in the same class after applying the TGT (Team Game Tournament) learning model, students' learning outcomes will increase, so researchers can conclude that after students are treated by applying the TGT learning model (Team Game Tournament, the learning outcomes of SDIT class IV students increase)

Abstract

Metode pembelajaran di dalam sebuah pembelajaran tentu diperlukan agar pendidik dapat lebih memahami siswa dan perbedaan gaya dalam belajar yang dimiliki siswa, sehingga akan memudahkan pendidik menyesuaikan strategi atau metode dalam menyampaikan isi pelajaran. Penelitian ini sendiri menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang menerapkan metode studi literatur. Tujuan dari studi literatur atau studi pustaka adalah untuk menemukan landasan teori ataupun tinjauan pustaka yang sesuai dengan masalah yang dibahas dan digunakan untuk menjadi referensi dalam penjabaran hasil riset. Dalam hal ini, tentu saja peran guru sebagai pendidik sangat penting untuk menemukan metode yang tepat dalam membangun minat siswa pada pembelajaran. Sehingga terciptanya pembelajaran yang sesuai tujuan dari pendidik.

Abstract

This research is a field research, which was conducted at STAI Ibnu usyd Kotabumi. The samples in this study included university administrators, 3 lecturers, 3 students, 3 alumni, industry and stakeholders. In improving the quality of graduates with good outcomes, the strategy undertaken is not only to pay attention to qualified and competent lecturers, but to several aspects, such as content standards, processes, graduate competencies, facilities and infrastructure, management, financing, and educational assessment. Moreover, what must be considered is the implementation of a strategy to improve the quality of graduate outcomes at STAI Ibnu Rusyd Kotabumi which is expected to have a positive impact in producing graduates who are competent and ready to face the demands of the world of work and society.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning media are tools or learning resources used to facilitate the learning process in understanding Islamic values ??and teachings. PAI learning media aims to help students gain a comprehensive and contextual understanding of PAI content. The development of Islamic Religious Education learning media includes various approaches, including printed media (books, modules), audiovisual media (educational videos), and digital platforms (applications, e-learning) that are adapted to the needs and characteristics of students. By utilizing digital technology, Islamic Religious Education learning media seeks to involve students actively and critically in understanding Islam, fostering noble morals, and instilling Islamic values. This research aims to improve understanding, interest, and application of Islamic religious values ??in students. Through qualitative methods in research on Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning media, it is possible to gain an in-depth understanding of the effectiveness, experiences, and perceptions of students and teachers in the PAI learning process using various media. Qualitative methods allow researchers to explore how learning media, whether technology-based, visual, or traditional, influence students' interest, understanding, and engagement in religious studies. The results of the research achieved several significant results, both in terms of understanding the material, student involvement, and internalization of religious values ??in everyday life. The expected results from the use of effective Islamic Religious Education learning media are: Increasing Understanding of Material, Increasing Interest and Motivation to Learn, Developing Critical and Reflective Thinking Skills, Internalizing Religious Values ??and Increasing Student Involvement and Participation

Abstract

This article aims to describe appropriate strategies and educational challenges for the millennial generation. The type of research is descriptive analytical, namely describing and analyzing problems using expert theories about values ??education from an Islamic perspective. The millennial generation is the generation born between 1980-2000. They have the characteristics of liking to rely on the speed of instant (ready-to-eat) information, liking existence, liking opinions, growing their image, broadening their insight, liking freedom, liking personalization, liking learning, working in an innovative environment, actively collaborating, hyper technological, critical, confident, connected, lazy, not deep, not grounded, or less social. The results of the research state that the strategy from an Islamic perspective is to teach values ??to the Millennial Generation, including rahmatan lil alamin/compassion, instilling deeper values ??in the Qur'an and Hadith, instilling local wisdom values ??and so on.

Abstract

This research abstract analyzes the role of Islamic Religious Education in responding to the transformation of religiousness among adolescents in the digital age through a case study at SMAN 1 Kota Bumi Lampung. The objectives of this study are to (1) identify the forms of transformation in adolescent religiosity, (2) analyze the role of Islamic religious education teachers in responding to these changes, and (3) reveal the challenges and opportunities in fostering contextual, moderate religiosity rooted in Islamic values. The research used a qualitative method with a case study approach, involving twelve informants from Islamic Religious Education teachers, deputy principals, and students. The results showed that adolescent religiosity underwent a transformation through changes in religious authority sources and more fluctuating worship practices. Islamic Religious Education teachers played an important role in facilitating critical reflection and mediating between normative Islamic teachings and digital reality. This study is expected to contribute to the development of Islamic Religious Education learning strategies that are relevant to the digital development of adolescents.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat peran kolaboratif antara guru, orang tua, dan masyarakat dalam membentuk budaya Islami di lingkungan sekolah. Pemberdayaan masyarakat menjadi strategi utama untuk menciptakan ekosistem pendidikan yang tidak hanya fokus pada aspek akademik, tetapi juga pembentukan karakter dan akhlak mulia peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan partisipatif, dengan melibatkan 150 peserta yang terdiri dari guru, orang tua, dan anggota masyarakat. Kegiatan ini dimulai dengan tahap identifikasi masalah, diikuti dengan sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara, dan analisis diskusi kelompok terarah (FGD) untuk menilai dampak dari kegiatan yang dilakukan. asil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam partisipasi orang tua, dengan 70% orang tua terlibat aktif dalam kegiatan sekolah setelah pelaksanaan program. Terbentuknya komunikasi yang harmonis antara pihak sekolah dan masyarakat, serta tumbuhnya kesadaran akan pentingnya pendidikan berlandaskan nilai keislaman tercermin dalam 80% responden yang melaporkan adanya peningkatan hubungan sosial dan spiritual. Selain itu, budaya religius yang terbentuk juga mendorong terciptanya lingkungan belajar yang nyaman, aman, dan berkarakter. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan penurunan kasus pelanggaran tata tertib siswa hingga 40% dibandingkan sebelum program dijalankan. Dengan demikian, kolaborasi lintas pihak menjadi kunci utama dalam menciptakan budaya sekolah Islami yang berkelanjutan dan berdampak luas bagi perkembangan moral serta spiritual peserta didik. Abstract: This community service activity aims to strengthen the collaborative role between teachers, parents, and the community in shaping an Islamic culture within the school environment. Community empowerment is a key strategy for creating an educational ecosystem that focuses not only on academic aspects but also on the development of character and noble morals in students. This study used a participatory approach, involving 150 participants consisting of teachers, parents, and community members. The activity began with a problem identification stage, followed by outreach, training, and mentoring. Evaluation was conducted through direct observation, interviews, and analysis of focus group discussions (FGDs) to assess the impact of the activities carried out. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in parental participation, with 70% of parents actively involved in school activities after the program implementation. The establishment of harmonious communication between the school and the community, and growing awareness of the importance of education based on Islamic values, were reflected in 80% of respondents who reported improved social and spiritual relationships. Furthermore, the established religious culture also encouraged the creation of a comfortable, safe, and character-based learning environment. Evaluation results show a 40% decrease in student disciplinary violations compared to before the program was implemented. Thus, cross-stakeholder collaboration is key to creating a sustainable Islamic school culture that has a broad impact on students' moral and spiritual development.

Abstract

Abstrak: Masjid memiliki peran strategis tidak hanya sebagai tempat ibadah, tetapi juga sebagai pusat pembinaan sosial, pendidikan, dan pemberdayaan umat. Namun, peran ini sering belum dioptimalkan secara maksimal, terutama di kalangan remaja masjid. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kapasitas remaja masjid dalam mengelola program keagamaan dan sosial yang berdampak positif bagi masyarakat sekitar. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan manajemen organisasi, pendampingan perencanaan kegiatan, serta evaluasi program. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 50 remaja masjid yang mengikuti pelatihan dan pendampingan selama 6 bulan. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam, serta penilaian kinerja berdasarkan indikator seperti peningkatan keterampilan manajerial, kepemimpinan, dan penggunaan teknologi digital dalam pengelolaan kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan remaja masjid, dengan 80% peserta melaporkan peningkatan keterampilan dalam perencanaan dan pengelolaan program, serta kemampuan komunikasi yang lebih baik. Selain itu, 75% peserta berhasil mengimplementasikan program sosial-keagamaan yang melibatkan masyarakat sekitar secara aktif, seperti kegiatan bakti sosial dan kelas baca Al-Qur'an. Dengan demikian, program ini berhasil memperkuat peran masjid sebagai pusat pembinaan umat dan membekali remaja masjid dengan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk mengelola program keagamaan dan sosial secara efektif dan berkelanjutan.Abstract: Mosques play a strategic role not only as places of worship but also as centers for social development, education, and community empowerment. However, this role is often under-optimized, especially among mosque youth. This community service activity aims to strengthen the capacity of mosque youth in managing religious and social programs that have a positive impact on the surrounding community. The methods used include organizational management training, activity planning assistance, and program evaluation. This activity involved 50 mosque youth who participated in the training and mentoring for six months. Evaluation was conducted through questionnaires and in-depth interviews, as well as performance assessments based on indicators such as improved managerial skills, leadership, and the use of digital technology in activity management. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the capabilities of mosque youth, with 80% of participants reporting improved skills in program planning and management, as well as improved communication skills. In addition, 75% of participants successfully implemented socio-religious programs that actively involved the surrounding community, such as community service activities and Quran reading classes. Thus, this program successfully strengthened the role of mosques as centers for community development and equipped mosque youth with the skills necessary to manage religious and social programs effectively and sustainably.

Abstract

Implementation of academic supervision that is scheduled, periodically programmed, and carried out in accordance with appropriate principles and approaches, the impact is very extraordinary on improving teacher professionalism. Professional teachers, will have a very significant impact on improving the achievement and activeness of students who are demands in the 4.0 era that students must be able to think critically, be able to solve problems, be creative, be able to communicate well and be able to collaborate in living more competitive lives. This study, discusses the results of school action research that describes the professionalism of teachers in SMPN 1 Tanjungraja that is not optimal, describes the implementation of academic supervision with a democratic approach, and increasing teacher professionalism can be increased through supervision with a democratic approach. The results of the research cycles I and II of the six teachers as respondents, on average increased quite significantly with the results of an increase of 5.9%. For this reason, it is recommended that the principal conduct supervision on a democratic approach in a scheduled and programmed manner.
