The transformation of conventional learning to digital learning is increasingly characterized by artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence can be used to create interactive digital media for storytelling materials. However, artificial intelligence raises ethical issues and concerns among teachers. This study aims to (1) explain generative artificial intelligence in the creation of interactive digital media and (2) describe interactive digital media as a learning medium for Bayan Budiman's storytelling. This paper used descriptive qualitative methods to design interactive digital media based on artificial intelligence in storytelling learning. The results of this study indicate that artificial intelligence can assist teachers in producing multimodal interactive digital media and receive positive feedback from students. Artificial intelligence can be used as a solution to produce media while maintaining the students' thinking process to address the issue of using artificial intelligence in learning
