This study aims to determine the influence of school literacy movement on reading interest of grade III students of State Elementary School 14 Pagaralam. In this study, the researcher used a quantitative type of research with a research method in the form of ex post facto.The problem in this study is "Is There an Influence of School Literacy Movement on Reading Interest of Grade III Students of State Elementary School 14 Pagaralam?". The data collection techniques used by the researcher in this study were observation techniques and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis. Based on the results of the study conducted with a sample of 18 grade III A students of State Elementary School 14 Pagaralam, this study can be concluded that the School Literacy Movement (GLS) has a positive and significant effect on reading interest of grade IIIIA students of State Elementary School 14 Pagaralam. This is proven by the significant value (sig) > probability 0.05 and tcount > ttable (10,187 > 4.210). The R Square value is 0.039. which the School Literacy Movement (GLS) contributes 0.039 to the reading interest of class III A students of SD Negeri 14 Pagaralam. This means that the better the School Literacy Movement (GLS) is run, the better the students' reading interest.
