Wonokerto Kulon Village is one of the villages in Pekalongan Regency that is included in the tidal flood disaster prone area due to its geographical location on the North Coast of Java. An ideal settlement is supported by adequate facilities to facilitate the daily activities of the community. The purpose of identifying conditions, needs, and service coverage is to develop recommendations to overcome problems related to conditions, and gaps in facilities in Wonokerto Kulon Village based on the SNI 03-1733-2004 document on procedures for planning urban residential environments. The research method used in the preparation is by means of observation of existing conditions, analysis of facility needs, and GIS-based affordability analysis, namely by buffer analysis and network analysis. From the research that has been done, the results are obtained in the form of recommendations and information about whether there is a gap in facilities in Wonokerto Kulon Village.
