<![CDATA[ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of learning motivation on student learning outcomes at SMK Negeri 1 Bolaang, to determine the effect of the learning environment on student learning outcomes at SMK Negeri 1 Bolaang, and to determine the effect of learning motivation and learning environment together on student learning outcomes at SMK Negeri 1 Bolaang. The research method used is a survey method, which is sourced from data and information primarily obtained from respondents as research samples using questionnaires or surveys as data collection instruments. The population in this study were 67 students of class XI at SMK N 1 Bolaang. The sampling technique used was random sampling with a level of 5% so that a sample of 57 students was obtained. The results of the study show that the learning motivation variable has a positive or significant influence on student learning outcomes at SMK Negeri 1 Bolaang, the learning environment variable has a positive or significant influence on student learning outcomes at SMK Negeri 1 Bolaang, and the learning motivation variable and learning environment variable together have a positive or significant influence on student learning outcomes at SMK Negeri 1 Bolaang. Keywords: Learning Motivation, Learning Environment, Learning Outcomes ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Bolaang, untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Bolaang, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar dan lingkungan belajar secara bersama sama terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Bolaang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey, yang bersumber dari data dan informasi utamanya diperoleh dari responden sebagai sempel penelitian dengan menggunakan kuesioner atau angket sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI di SMK N 1 Bolaang yang berjumlah 67 orang siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan adalah random sampling dengan taraf 5% sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 57 orang siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan variabel motivasi belajar memiliki pengaruh positif atau signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Bolaang, variabel lingkungan belajar memiliki pengaruh positif atau signifikan terhadap variabel hasil belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Bolaang, serta variabel motivasi belajar dan variabel lingkungan belajar secara bersama sama memiliki pengaruh positif atau signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Bolaang.
