This study aims to describe students' skills in using computers and identify factors that support and hinder the implementation of ICT learning at Bina Nusa Elementary School in Tangerang Regency. The method used is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study consisted of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This study examined and validated the data through credibility tests consisting of extended observation, triangulation, peer discussion, transferability tests, dependency tests, and certainty tests. The results showed that fifth-grade students had basic computer skills, such as operating hardware, managing files, and using Microsoft PowerPoint in learning activities. Factors supporting ICT learning included the availability of computer labs, teacher support, and student motivation. Meanwhile, the obstacles found include limited learning time, differences in individual abilities, and technical problems with computer devices. Overall, ICT learning at Bina Nusa Elementary School has been running well and has contributed to improving the digital skills of elementary school students
