Abstract

Abstrak: Kabupaten Buleleng, Bali memiliki potensi pertanian dan kehutanan yang besar, namun belum dioptimalkan secara terpadu sebagai basis ekonomi pariwisata berkelanjutan. Desa Selat–Sukasada menghadapi keterbatasan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, rendahnya adopsi teknologi pertanian, serta belum terintegrasinya sistem tani-ternak dan ekowisata hutan. Program Pemberdayaan Desa Binaan (PDB) bertujuan meningkatkan hardskill dan softskill mitra dalam pengelolaan agroforestry tourism dan sistem tani-ternak multilayer berbasis smart farming. Program dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Learning System (PALS) melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, dan pendampingan kepada Kelompok Pengelola Hutan Desa Selat dan Kelompok Tani-Ternak Dharma Wiguna yang melibatkan 60 orang. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi lapangan dan pre–post assessment menggunakan 15 butir soal. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan hardskill sebesar 38%, pemahaman pengelolaan wisata edukatif sebesar 42%, serta nilai ekonomi usaha tani-ternak dan HHBK sebesar 27%.Abstract: Buleleng Regency, Bali has significant agricultural and forestry potential, yet it has not been optimally integrated as a sustainable tourism-based economic resource. Selat–Sukasada Village faces limited human resource capacity, low adoption of agricultural technology, and weak integration between crop–livestock systems and forest ecotourism. This Fostered Village Empowerment Program aimed to enhance partners’ hard and soft skills in managing agroforestry tourism and multilayer crop–livestock systems based on smart farming. The program was implemented using the Participatory Action Learning System (PALS) through socialization, training, technology application, and mentoring involving 60 members of the Selat Village Forest Management Group and Dharma Wiguna Farmer–Livestock Group. Evaluation was conducted through field observation and pre–post assessments using 15 questionnaire items. The results showed a 38% increase in technical skills, a 42% improvement in understanding of educational tourism management, and a 27% increase in the economic value of crop–livestock and non-timber forest products.
