Abstrak Desa Meranti merupakan salah satu desa di Kecamatan Tapa Kabupaten Bone Bolango dengan potensi wisata alam yang menarik namun belum dikelola secara optimal. Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Tematik Infrastruktur di Desa Meranti bertujuan mengangkat daya tarik wisata alam tersebut menjadi destinasi ekowisata melalui intervensi berbasis IMAP sebagai alat pemetaan dan pengambilan keputusan. Metode yang digunakan pendekatan partisipatif dan kolaboratif, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui Observasi, Wawancara, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), sosialisasi, serta pembentukan kelompok pemeliharaan pemetaan kawasan. Kegiatan dirancang dalam empat tahap: (1) pemetaan awal potensi, masalah, dan kebutuhan infrastruktur destinasi; (2) pengumpulan data melalui survei lapangan, observasi fasilitas, dan pemetaan partisipatif; (3) perumusan prioritas bersama pemangku kepentingan melalui FGD; dan (4) Evaluasi dan pemantauan. Output utama mencakup peta tematik aset berdasarkan IMAP dan penetapan model desain ekowisata. Hasil program memperlihatkan peningkatan kesiapan destinasi, keterhubungan antar-objek wisata melalui rute interpretasi, serta bertambahnya kapasitas pengelola lokal dalam memelihara dalam mengelola layanan dasar. Penggunaan IMAP memungkinkan integrasi data biofisik, akses, dan risiko lingkungan ke dalam satu desain yang mudah dipahami lintas pemangku kepentingan, sehingga keputusan investasi infrastruktur menjadi lebih terarah dan terukur dan dapat mempercepat penataan infrastruktur skala desa sekaligus memperkuat daya tarik ekowisata secara berkelanjutan. Abstract Meranti Village is a village in Tapa District, Bone Bolango Regency with attractive natural tourism potential but has not been optimally managed. The Thematic Infrastructure Community Service Program (KKN) in Meranti Village aims to elevate the natural tourism attraction into an ecotourism destination through IMAP-based interventions as a mapping and decision-making tool. The method used is a participatory and collaborative approach, data collection is carried out through Observation, Interviews, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), socialization, and the formation of area mapping maintenance groups. The activity is designed in four stages: (1) initial mapping of potential, problems, and infrastructure needs of the destination; (2) data collection through field surveys, facility observations, and participatory mapping; (3) formulation of priorities with stakeholders through FGDs; and (4) Evaluation and monitoring. The main outputs include a thematic map of assets based on IMAP and the establishment of an ecotourism design model. The program results show increased destination readiness, connectivity between tourist objects through interpretation routes, and increased capacity of local managers in maintaining and managing basic services. The use of IMAP enables the integration of biophysical data, access, and environmental risks into a single design that is easily understood by all stakeholders, so that infrastructure investment decisions become more targeted and measurable and can accelerate village-scale infrastructure development while strengthening the attractiveness of ecotourism in a sustainable manner.
