AbstrakKoperasi sekolah MTs Muhammadiyah 2 Dukun menghadapi tantangan manajerial berupa sistem keuangan manual dan stagnasi penjualan akibat terbatasnya kompetensi digital pengurus. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan mentransformasi tata kelola koperasi melalui digitalisasi keuangan dan revitalisasi pemasaran berbasis data. Metode yang diterapkan adalah Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) terintegrasi dengan service-learning selama satu bulan. Intervensi difokuskan pada pelatihan aplikasi Money Manager dan Microsoft Excel untuk akuntabilitas laporan keuangan, serta implementasi Market Basket Analysis (MBA) menggunakan algoritma Apriori guna mengevaluasi pola belanja siswa. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi teknis pengurus yang divalidasi melalui skor post-test. Pemrosesan 250 data transaksi mengungkap korelasi pembelian yang kuat, menjadi dasar perumusan strategi bundling "Kenyang Manis Gurih" dan "Segar Ceria" dengan nilai confidence 54,8%. Pada akhirnya, integrasi literasi digital dan analitik data sukses mengubah koperasi dari sistem konvensional menjadi ekosistem bisnis sekolah yang modern, transparan, dan berdaya saing tinggi. Abstract The school cooperative at MTs Muhammadiyah 2 Dukun faces managerial challenges, including manual financial recording and stagnant sales due to limited digital competence. This community service program aims to transform the cooperative's management through financial digitalization and data-driven marketing. Using the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) method integrated with Service-Learning over a one-month mentoring period, the intervention focused on training administrators in Money Manager and Microsoft Excel for financial accountability. Additionally, Market Basket Analysis (MBA) using the Apriori algorithm was implemented to evaluate student purchasing patterns. Results showed a significant improvement in administrators' technical competencies, validated by post-test scores. Processing 250 transaction records revealed strong purchasing correlations, forming the empirical basis for the "Kenyang Manis Gurih" and "Segar Ceria" product bundling strategies with a 54.8% confidence value. Ultimately, integrating financial digital literacy and data analytics successfully shifted the cooperative into a modern, transparent, and competitive school business ecosystem.
