IMPLEMENTASI BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING UNTUK MENGATASI PERUNDUNGAN DI TINGKAT BAWAH DI PONDOK PESANTREN

Abstract

This research is related to the phenomenon of bullying in Islamic boarding schools and focuses on the effectiveness of guidance and counseling. Using qualitative descriptive methods, This study aims to learn more deeply related to the phenomenon of bullying as well as solutions to overcome bullying violence. the study identified three main themes: "Mentally Debilitating," "Torturing," and "Gaining Power." The bully, by seniors against juniors, uses power to intimidate and demean the victim. The implementation of guidance and counseling aims to understand the factors that influence adolescent aggressive behavior.The discussion highlighted the role of the family, the pesantren environment, and the need for preventive action and intervention through guidance and counseling. The holding of special socialization is a direction to follow up bullying behavior in pesantren.This research contributes to understanding the dynamics of bullying in Islamic boarding schools and encourages efforts to create a safe environment for all students.AbstrakPenelitian ini terkait fenomena bullying di pondok pesantren dan fokus pada efektivitas bimbingan dan konseling. Dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari lebih dalam terkait fenomena bullying juga solusi untuk mengatasi tindak kekerasan bullying. Penelitian mengidentifikasi tiga tema utama: "Melemahkan Mental," "Melakukan Penyiksaan," dan "Mendapatkan Kekuasaan." Pelaku bullying, oleh senior terhadap junior, menggunakan kekuasaan untuk mengintimidasi dan merendahkan korban. Adanya pelaksanaan bimbingan dan konseling bertujuan memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku agresif remaja. Diskusi menyoroti peran keluarga, lingkungan pesantren, dan perlunya tindakan preventif serta intervensi melalui bimbingan dan konseling. Diadakannya Sosialisasi khusus menjadi arahan untuk menindaklanjuti perilaku bullying di pesantren . Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman dinamika bullying di pondok pesantren dan mendorong upaya menciptakan lingkungan yang aman bagi seluruh santri.
