<![CDATA[This study aims to develop a web-based vocal warm-up application called IQBAL VOICE as an innovative learning medium that can be used independently by the general public. The background of this study is based on the low level of awareness among individuals regarding the importance of performing vocal warm-ups before singing, which may lead to improper techniques, off-pitch singing, vocal muscle tension, and long-term vocal cord disorders. In addition, existing vocal technique learning methods are still largely conventional and have not optimally utilized digital technology to support independent learning. This study employs the Research and Development (R&D) method, consisting of stages such as needs analysis, design, development, expert validation, and limited user testing. The product developed is an interactive web-based application featuring three levels of exercises—Easy, Medium, and Hard—organized in a gradual and systematic manner to support self-learning. The results of the study indicate that the IQBAL VOICE application is considered feasible based on validation by subject matter experts and media experts, and it has received positive responses from users.
